    product description

The removal of tall weeds from the Yellow River embankment not only beautifies the embankment, but also enables timely detection and elimination of hidden dangers. High pole weeds need to be cleared at least 2-3 times a year, including the embankment shoulder, embankment slope, dam surface, dam slope, and other parts. The task of weeding is very heavy, so the weeding machine has become an indispensable helper for embankment maintenance. If maintenance personnel have a further understanding and understanding of the performance and working principle of the lawn mower, can use it correctly according to operating procedures, timely eliminate and repair common faults, and can repair the lawn mower as it breaks down, it is of great significance to extend the service life of the machine and save funds. Below is a brief introduction to the use and maintenance of the lawn mower, as well as the troubleshooting of common faults, based on practical experience.
1、 The use and maintenance of a two-stroke power lawn mower
A two-stroke engine uses a mixture of engine oil and gasoline as fuel, with a ratio of 1:50. Gasoline should be grade 90 or above, and it is best to use two-stroke engine oil with the symbol 2T. The use of four-stroke engine oil is strictly prohibited.
    2. It is recommended that the new machine be run in for 30-60 minutes before use, with a 1:40 ratio of engine oil to gasoline. During operation, the normal 1:50 ratio of oil should be used, and it is strictly not allowed to exceed 1:50, otherwise the concentration will be too thin and cause the machine to pull the cylinder. Strictly follow the oil dispenser provided with the machine to dispense oil, and do not dispense oil arbitrarily. It is best to prepare and use the mixed oil immediately. Shake the oil evenly when using it, and it is strictly prohibited to use mixed oil that has been prepared for a long time.
Before starting the machine, check the oil, blades, nuts, and bolts to ensure that the machine is in a safe operating state. Run at low speed for a few minutes before starting work. When working, the throttle should not fluctuate and should be used at a constant speed.
    4. The length of the grass rope should be controlled, not more than 15 centimeters. If the grass rope is too long, it will affect the normal operation of the machine. The blade must be installed correctly and balanced. Before work and during rest, the blade should be checked for looseness. If there is looseness, it should be reinforced in a timely manner.
    5. When storing, the body must be cleaned, the mixed fuel must be discharged, and the fuel in the carburetor must be burned clean; Remove the spark plug, clean the carbon deposits on the spark plug, and add 1-2ml of two-stroke engine oil to the cylinder. Pull the starter 2-3 times and install the spark plug. Grass mowers should be stored in a horizontal position, in a well ventilated and dry place, away from electrical appliances and fire machinery, to avoid fires.
    6. Precautions: (1) During operation, it is not allowed to be barefoot or wear sandals. Long pants and protective shoes should be worn, and it is best to wear protective glasses. After working on a box of oil, one should rest for 10 minutes. During the rest period, the weeds and debris on the grass head should be removed in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of the machine. The mud and debris inside the grass head should be cleaned to ensure its normal operation.
    (2) When the lawn mower experiences abnormal vibration or collides with foreign objects, it should be stopped immediately. Clean the heat sink of the machine after each work to ensure heat dissipation.
    (3) Spark plugs should be removed every 25 hours of use. Use a steel wire brush to remove dust and dirt from the electrodes, and adjust the electrode gap to 0.6-0.7mm.
    (4) The air filter should remove dust every 25 hours of use, and if there is a lot of dust, it should be removed more frequently. (5) After every 50 hours of use, remove the muffler and clean the carbon deposits on the exhaust port and muffler outlet.
    (6) The fuel filter (suction head) should remove impurities every 25 hours of operation.
    (7) Add lubricating grease to the gearbox (working head) every 25 hours, and also add lubricating grease to the joint between the upper part of the transmission shaft and the clutch disc.
    (8) Before homework, no one or animals are allowed to walk within 20 meters of the surroundings. Be sure to check for angle iron, stones, wooden sticks, and other debris on the grass, and remove any debris from the grass.
