How to choose engine refueling for gasoline lawn mowers
    1. Oil for two-stroke engines
A two-stroke engine uses a mixture of gasoline and engine oil as fuel. The gasoline and engine oil must be mixed evenly to allow the engine oil to be evenly diluted in the gasoline. If too much oil enters the cylinder at a certain moment, it will make it difficult for the fuel to ignite and cause the engine to stop running. At the same time, excessive oil can also cause spark plugs and piston rings to accumulate carbon; When there is too little oil, the cylinder wall cannot be lubricated, intensifying wear and tear, leading to "cylinder pulling" and causing serious accidents.
The mixed oil ratio is two stroke special engine oil: gasoline=1:25. Gasoline with a grade of 90 # or above is recommended, and 93 # is recommended. Two stroke engine oil is used, and four stroke engine oil is strictly prohibited.
It is recommended to use specialized engine oil with a ratio of 1:40 for the first 30 hours of the new machine, and then use a normal ratio of 1:25 after 30 hours. It is strictly not allowed to exceed 1:25, otherwise the concentration is too thin and may cause the machine to pull the cylinder. Please strictly follow the oil dispenser provided with the machine to dispense oil, and do not dispense oil arbitrarily according to estimates. The mixed oil should be prepared and used immediately, and it is strictly prohibited to use mixed oil that has been prepared for a long time.
    2. Oil for four stroke engines
Do not start the oil tank without adding oil. The main function of oil is to lubricate the moving parts of the gasoline engine, cool and cool them, clean them, and prevent rust. The quality and correct use of engine oil not only affect the performance and service life of gasoline engines, but also affect the service life of machinery. Therefore, appropriate grades of engine oil should be selected based on the ambient temperature of the gasoline engine.
At low ambient temperatures, engine oil should have good fluidity, and at high temperatures, it should have appropriate kinematic viscosity, which is particularly important for air-cooled gasoline engines. However, due to the small size of the four stroke engine of the lawn mower and the limited capacity of the oil tank, as well as the high operating speed, it requires high oil requirements. It is prohibited to use inferior oil, and it is recommended to use specialized oil for garden machinery.
Add suitable 4T engine oil to the oil tank, lay the machine flat, and the oil level should reach the oil tank filling port without overflowing. Check the oil level before each operation to ensure good lubrication of the machine.
The fuel for a four stroke engine is pure gasoline, with a grade of 90 # or above. It is recommended to use 93 # gasoline. Refueling of hot engines is prohibited, and smoking is strictly prohibited during refueling.
In hot summer, due to high temperatures and low air pressure, air resistance is prone to occur, and it is necessary to strengthen engine heat dissipation and insulate the oil pipes.
Do not use gasoline with added lead as cleaning oil to prevent ethyl lead poisoning. Do not use gasoline that has been stored for a long time and has deteriorated, otherwise it will cause serious coking and carbon deposition. The flash point of gasoline is very low, flammable, explosive, and prone to generating static electricity. It must be used in accordance with regulations and safely stored.
