Usage of High Branch Chainsaw
High branch chainsaw, abbreviated as high branch saw, is one of the commonly used garden machinery for trimming trees in landscaping. It is a machine with high difficulty and high danger for single person operation. Therefore, it is crucial to use a high branch saw correctly.
1. When starting, the air damper should be opened when the car is cold, but not when the car is hot. At the same time, the oil pump should be manually pressed at least 5 times.
2. Place the machine motor support and hook ring on the ground in a safe position, and if necessary, place the hook ring in a higher position. Remove the chain protection device, and the chain should not touch the ground or other objects.
3. Choose a safe position to stand firmly, use your left hand to press the machine onto the ground with force at the fan casing, your thumb under the fan casing, and do not step on the protective tube or kneel on the machine.
4. Slowly pull out the starting rope until it can no longer be pulled, and then quickly and forcefully pull it out when it rebounds.
5. If the carburetor is adjusted properly, the cutting tool chain cannot rotate in the idle position.
6. When unloaded, the throttle should be turned to the idle or low throttle position to prevent speeding; When working, the throttle should be increased.
7. When all the oil in the tank is used up and refilled, the manual oil pump should be pressed at least 5 times before restarting.
Precautions when operating a high branch chainsaw
1. When pruning with a high branch chainsaw, first cut off the opening and then cut on the opening to prevent jamming.
2. When cutting, the lower branches should be cut first, and heavy or large branches should be cut in sections.
3. When operating, hold the operating handle tightly with your right hand and naturally with your left hand on the handle, with your arms as straight as possible. The angle between the machine and the ground should not exceed 60 degrees, but the angle should not be too low, otherwise it is also difficult to operate.
4. To avoid damaging the bark, rebounding the machine, or getting caught in the saw chain, when cutting thick branches, first make a unloading cut on the lower side, that is, cut a curved cut using the end of the guide plate.
5. If the diameter of the branch exceeds 10 centimeters, pre cut it first, and make a unloading cut and cutting cut about 20 to 30 centimeters at the desired cut, then use a high branch saw to cut it here.
Pay attention to details when using high branch chainsaw oil products
1. Gasoline can only be used with unleaded gasoline of grade 90 or above When adding gasoline, the fuel tank cap and the surrounding area of the refueling port must be cleaned before refueling to prevent debris from entering the fuel tank. The high branch saw should be placed on a flat surface with the fuel tank cover facing upwards. When refueling, do not let gasoline spill out and do not fill the fuel tank too full. After refueling, make sure to tighten the fuel tank cap as tightly as possible by hand.
2. Only use high-quality two-stroke engine oil for oil It is best to use two-stroke engine oil specifically designed for the high branch saw engine to ensure a longer service life of the engine. When using other two-stroke engine oils, their model should reach the quality level of TC. Poor quality gasoline or engine oil can damage the engine, sealing rings, oil ducts, and fuel tanks.
3. Mixing of gasoline and engine oil The mixing method is to pour engine oil into a fuel tank that is allowed to be filled with fuel, then fill it with gasoline, and mix evenly. The mixture of gasoline and engine oil will age, and the general usage amount should not exceed one month. Special attention should be paid to avoiding direct contact between gasoline and skin, and to avoid breathing the gas emitted by gasoline.
