product description
Starting a multifunctional irrigation machine usually follows the following steps, but please note that there may be slight differences in specific models. It is important to refer to your irrigation machine's user manual for the most accurate operating guide:
1. Safety inspection:
Ensure appropriate personal protective equipment is worn, such as goggles, earmuffs, protective gloves, and long sleeved clothing. Check the work area to ensure that there are no bystanders or obstacles. Check if the blades of the irrigation machine are securely installed, sharp, and undamaged.
Confirm that there is sufficient fuel in the fuel tank and add it according to the fuel mixing ratio specified by the manufacturer (if it is a two-stroke engine). For a four stroke engine, pure gasoline is added directly. Confirm if the oil level (for four stroke engines only) is normal.
Preparation before startup:
For models with air dampers, it is usually necessary to close the damper during cold start and open it during hot engine operation. If it is an electric starter model, ensure that the battery is fully charged. If it is a manual start, check that the starting rope is not damaged, pull the starting rope several times (without pulling to start) to remove air from the starting device.
• Startup process:
For rope starting: Hold the handle of the irrigation machine, step on the machine strap with one foot, and quickly and steadily pull the starting rope with the other hand until resistance is felt. Then, apply force again until the engine starts. Pay attention to continuous movements and avoid rough pulling to prevent damage to the starting device.
For electric starting: Ensure that the harvester is in neutral, press the start button or knob until the engine starts.
Preheating and idle adjustment:
After starting the engine, let it warm up at idle for a period of time, usually a few seconds to one minute, depending on the temperature of the air and the type of machine.
After preheating, gradually open the throttle (if previously closed) and adjust the throttle to the appropriate position to stabilize the engine speed.
• Start homework:
• After confirming that everything is normal, adjust the working height and angle of the brush cutter and start trimming.
During the operation, maintain body balance and avoid excessive tilting or violent swinging of the machine to ensure safety and trimming effectiveness. Remember to perform basic maintenance checks before and after each use, such as cleaning the blades, checking for loose fasteners, etc., to ensure that the irrigation machine maintains good working condition for a long time.
