    product description

When using a snow blower (usually referring to a road snow blower or a backpack snow blower), following the following steps can ensure safe and efficient operation:

    1. Safety inspection and preparation:

Wear appropriate protective equipment, including safety glasses, earmuffs, cold clothing, non slip shoes, etc.

Check if the snow blower is intact and confirm that the oil tank is well sealed and there are no leaks.

Ensure that the work area is clear of obstacles and away from pedestrians and vehicles, especially children and pets.

    • Fuel preparation:

For a two-stroke snowblower, mix engine oil and gasoline according to the manufacturer's recommended ratio. The four stroke snow blower only adds pure gasoline, and the engine oil needs to be added to a separate oil tank.

Ensure that the engine cools down before refueling, avoid spillage during refueling, and close the fuel tank cap tightly after refueling.

    • Pre startup check:

Check if the air filter is clean.

Turn on the circuit switch. If it is a backpack snow blower, press the fuel injector on the carburetor until the fuel bubble is filled with fuel.

Move the choke lever to the closed position, unless it is a cold start or low temperature environment, in which case the choke may need to be opened.

    Start the engine:

In the hot engine state, it is usually not necessary to close the air damper. Pull the start handle, gently pull until resistance is felt, then quickly pull with force until the engine starts.

For certain models, it may be necessary to use the start key or press the start button.

    Adjustment and operation:

After starting, adjust the throttle to low speed and let the engine warm up for about a few minutes.

Adjust the direction and angle of the snow blowing port, gradually increase the throttle as needed, and control the wind force.

Maintain a steady pace, maintain an appropriate distance from the air duct, and push from one side to the other, avoiding direct alignment with hard objects to prevent damage to the machine or rebound injury to people.

    Precautions during use:

Avoid prolonged continuous full speed operation to prevent overheating.

Pay attention to the surrounding environment to avoid accidentally injuring others or damaging items during snow blowing.

If it is necessary to cross hard or paved roads, lift the sled board to reduce friction and protect the ground and machine.

    • Shutdown and maintenance:

After use, first set the throttle to the minimum and let the engine idle for a few minutes, then close the throttle and stop the engine.

Clean the exterior of the snow blower, especially the fan and air inlet, to prevent the accumulation of ice, snow, and debris.

When storing, ensure to be in a dry and ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight and rainwater erosion.

Following these steps can ensure that the snow blower efficiently and safely completes the snow cleaning task.
