The interior of the casing must be cleaned after each use to prevent cut grass, leaves, sludge, or other debris from adhering to its core and causing rust.

3、 Maintenance of lawn mower carburetor

Strictly follow the requirements of the operation, maintenance, and upkeep manual for the lawn mower carburetor, while paying attention to the following points:

1. Under normal circumstances, the air filter should be cleaned once a day, but when used in very dirty environments, it needs to be cleaned every few hours.

2. Spark plugs should be cleaned after each season of use. Readjust the spark plug gap at the beginning of each usage season (check and adjust according to the model and spark gap in the lawn mower carburetor manual to prevent errors that may affect the overall performance).

3. The outer surface of the lawn mower carburetor should be regularly wiped clean with a cloth or brush to ensure clean ventilation.

4、 The rotating shaft of the walking clutch lever should be regularly lubricated with lubricating oil to prevent rust.

5、 The front and rear rollers should be lubricated with light engine oil at least once every season.

6、 The transmission mechanism of the walking part should be cleaned and replaced with lubricating grease after two years of operation.

7、 Weeds, debris, or dust should be removed from the protective cover every day to prevent damage to the engine due to overheating or speeding.

8、 When not in use for a long time, the gasoline in the engine should be drained to avoid deterioration and blockage of components such as the carburetor.
