    product description

I believe that lawn mowers are the most familiar type of garden equipment, because we often see horticultural workers using lawn mowers to trim lawns. In fact, the existence of large-scale gardens can not only make the environment better, but also play a role in beautifying the environment. Lawnmowers, on the other hand, bear the responsibility of landscaping, so they can be called "beautification engineers" in the process of landscaping. Today, I will mainly talk about the safety operating procedures and maintenance knowledge of lawn mowers.
Safety operating procedures for lawn mowers
    1. Prohibited for indoor use.
    2. Maintain a safe distance of no less than 1 meter from flammable materials.
    3. When refueling, smoking is prohibited, the engine must be stopped, and gasoline spillage is prohibited.
    4. When working, it is necessary to wear protective goggles and facilities, tie the cuffs of the clothes, and female workers must press their hair into the work cap.
    5. Check if the safety protection devices are in good condition. Do not use the machine without a protective cover. After refueling and testing the machine, confirm that it is normal before starting the operation.
    6. Before use, check whether the oil (gasoline: engine oil ratio is 25:1) is properly filled and whether all screws are firm.
    7. Check if the blades are damaged or broken; Check the filter screen (replace the air filter promptly if it is damaged).
    8. Push the red sliding switch on the handle back to activate the instrument throttle (pushing the instrument forward will stop working). Set the choke valve to the OFF position.
    9. After starting the instrument, turn the choke valve to the ON position and press the shut-off valve on the handle to start the operation of the instrument blade. (After starting the engine normally, lubricating oil is not present in every component of the engine. Do not hastily increase the speed. If the throttle valve switch is pressed all the way, the speed will be very high, which not only affects the engine's lifespan but also leads to other problems.)
    10. No one is allowed to enter within 15 meters of work. After working for 1.5-2 hours, stop the machine and wait for it to cool down before proceeding with work.
    11. During machine operation, maintenance is strictly prohibited. If troubleshooting is required, the power should be turned off and the machine should be stopped before proceeding.
    12. If any abnormal phenomena or sounds occur during operation, the machine should be immediately shut down before maintenance can be carried out.
    13. After the operation is completed and the power is turned off, the dust and debris on each component can be cleaned, wiped, and stored in the warehouse to keep the equipment clean.
    14. After the work is completed, clean the site of debris such as grass and keep it clean.
    15. If the lawn mower is not used for more than 2-3 months, the gasoline in the fuel tank should be drained, and it is necessary to change the oil.
Common knowledge of mechanical maintenance for lawn mowers
    1. Oil usage: gasoline (above 90 #), two-stroke engine oil, 1:25 mixture. Idle run in for 1 hour on the new machine.
    2. When a two-stroke air-cooled gasoline engine operates continuously, the temperature of the crankcase cannot exceed 90 degrees. If it overheats, it can be stopped for 15-20 minutes before continuing to operate. Adding gasoline must be done when the engine is cold. Do not use the maximum throttle for a long time when not cutting grass.
    3. Gasoline engines are prohibited from speeding and should be stopped at low speeds.
    4. Use the correct model of engine oil, products from reputable manufacturers, and clean gasoline.
    5. Non professionals are not allowed to adjust carburetors.
    6. The air filter element should be checked regularly and replaced regularly. Clean the dirty filter element with soapy water and dry it before use.
    7. After running a gasoline engine for 100-300 hours, carbon deposits should be removed once. When cleaning, remove the cylinder head and remove carbon deposits attached to the cylinder, cylinder head, piston, valve, etc.
    8. Keep the gasoline engine, especially the cylinder block heat sink, clean.
