If the chainsaw is used continuously for too long, it is easy to cause the engine temperature to be too high. It is recommended to stop the engine for 15-20 minutes after about 1 hour of use to avoid overheating or overloading, which may cause engine cylinder pulling or scrapping.

Before each use of the chainsaw, check the air filter and clean the filter element of the air filter. Clean the dust and debris in a timely manner. If any damage is found, replace it in a timely manner to avoid engine cylinder pulling or scrapping due to poor intake quality.

Due to the lack of a dedicated lubrication system for two-stroke engines, lubrication relies on the oil in the fuel. Ordinary lithium based grease for vehicles is not suitable for chainsaws.

To replace spark plugs on time according to the instructions on the chainsaw manual, high-quality spark plugs should be selected. Poor quality spark plugs produce weak sparks, which reduces the power of fuel detonation and makes it difficult to fully exert the power of the engine. This can lead to incomplete fuel combustion, carbon deposits in the cylinder, and accidents such as cylinder pulling and engine scrapping.

It is recommended to purchase gasoline of size 93 or above at large gas stations for use. It is not recommended to purchase gasoline from private gas stations as the quality of gasoline is often overlooked by users. Poor quality gasoline has complex components and is prone to carbon deposits, resulting in cylinder pulling.

When the work is completed and the chainsaw is not used for a considerable period of time, pour out the unused fuel from the chainsaw and store it in a spare oil bottle. Be sure to mix it evenly before adding it to the fuel tank for use next time
