    product description

    Chainsaw products have many advantages, such as high power, low vibration, high cutting efficiency, and low logging costs. The chainsaw shock absorption system uses springs and high-strength shock-absorbing rubber for shock absorption. The chain wheel is in the form of straight teeth, making the assembly chain more concise and convenient. Therefore, for landscaping, chainsaws are a very good product. If considering low cost, of course, buying a manual saw, or even an axe, is enough. However, if the workload is large and manual saws cannot meet the demand, electric saws and chainsaws should be chosen. So how to install the chainsaw guide and chain during the use of the chainsaw? How to choose chainsaw oil products?
    1、 How to install the chainsaw guide and chain correctly?
    Due to the sharp edge of the chainsaw chain, in order to ensure safety, it is necessary to wear thick protective gloves during installation.
    Follow the following seven steps to correctly install the chainsaw guide and chain:
    1. Pull the front panel of the chainsaw backwards, ensuring that the brakes are released.
    2. Loosen and remove two M8 nuts, and remove the right cover of the chainsaw.
    3. First, install the chainsaw guide plate on the main machine, then install the chainsaw chain into the sprocket and guide plate groove, and pay attention to the direction of the chain saw teeth.
    4. Adjust the tensioning screw located on the outer side of the right cover appropriately, refer to the blue line above, and align the tensioning pin with the guide plate pin hole.
    5. Install the right cover of the chainsaw onto the main unit, also referring to the blue line, insert the front baffle pin into the box pin hole, and then slightly tighten the two M8 nuts.
    6. Lift the guide plate with your left hand, use a screwdriver with your right hand to tighten the screw, adjust the tightness of the chain appropriately, and check the tension of the chain with your hand. When the force of your hand reaches 15-20N, the standard distance between the chain and the guide plate is about 2mm.
    7. Finally, tighten the two M8 nuts and use both hands (wearing gloves) to rotate the chain. Check that the chain transmission is smooth and the adjustment is complete;
    If it is not smooth, check the cause first, and then adjust again in the above order.
