Planer loading:
First, install the planer on the planer body and insert the wooden wedge (planer).
Hold the planer in the left hand, hold the planer with the female finger, and hold the mallet in the right hand.
Adjust the planer head to face yourself, look at the bottom of the planer, and focus on the depth of the planer.
Make sure that the planer has just a little protruding from the planer, about 2 strips of hair thick and thin, and the left and right protruding as much (parallel).
Adjustment of planer:
If the planer sticks out too much, turn the planer head up and tap the planer head with a mallet. The vibration will cause the planer to fall out due to gravity.
Observe the depth of the planer. If it is suitable, gently hit the wooden wedge with a mallet, press the planer, and then check the depth of the planer.
If the planer is too shallow, tap the top of the planer, drive it in a little, and then check the depth of the planer.
Repeatedly observe and adjust to the appropriate depth, find a piece of wood to try planing, if not good, adjust again.
If the shavings are well calibrated, the shavings should be as thin as paper.
Adjustment after use:
After using the planer, as long as you tap the tail with the hammer, the planer will release.
Note:
Before operation, the operator must be familiar with the performance, use and operation precautions of the machine.
No novice operator is allowed to operate alone on the machine.
The operator must wear appropriate clothes when operating, do not wear gloves, do not wear long hair.
