    product description

    Why does a chainsaw pull a cylinder? What causes the chainsaw to pull the cylinder?
    1、 Insufficient lubrication
    On one side of the exhaust port of the chainsaw, there are linear scratches on the hottest part.
    1. The proportion of oil content in the mixed oil is too low, resulting in insufficient lubrication.
    2. Improper adjustment of the carburetor, resulting in a lean fuel ratio and insufficient lubrication.
    3. Excessive attachment of cylinder heat sink affects heat dissipation.
    4. The rotational speed is too high (the carburetor is adjusted too thinly or the power seal is not tight).
    5. Abnormal heating causes the piston to expand excessively at the exhaust port, resulting in pulling marks.
    2、 Pulling caused by carbon deposits
    1. Excessive carbon buildup.
    The reason for carbon deposition in the combustion chamber of the cylinder block and the top of the piston is:
    (1) Use inferior two-stroke engine oil or other non air-cooled two-stroke engine oil or four-stroke engine oil;
    (2) The oil mixing ratio in the fuel is too high;
    (3) The engine overheats, causing the oil to carbonize at the exhaust port;
    (4) Improper use of spark plugs can result in low calorific value, which can easily lead to tar and carbon deposits.
    2. Sometimes the piston rings get stuck.
    3. There are signs of strain on the exhaust side.
    3、 Inhalation of foreign objects
    1. The edge of the ring groove is severely worn;
    2. Wear and tear on the surface, with a dark gray color;
    3. Wear on one side of the air inlet;
    4. The air filter has a problem: it needs to be cleaned and replaced regularly.
    4、 Water entering
    1. Surface abrasion marks appear at the air inlet;
    2. The impact area of the inhaled material is located below the piston ring.
    Reason: Water or rain or snow enters the cylinder through the air filter and carburetor, washing off the lubricating oil film.
    5、 Overheating of cylinder block
    There are scratches on the hottest part of the exhaust port.
    Reason:
    (1) The piston expands excessively on the exhaust port side due to overheating;
    (2) Excessive attachment of cylinder cooling fins, causing overheating;
    (3) The air cooling channel is blocked.
